Shipping Time:

We strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days. The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location, shipment method, and other factors. On average, orders take 4-15 business days to be delivered.

Damaged Products:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we offer a 100% exchange within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email support@glorino.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return to initiate the process. We recommend getting proof of postage when returning goods to avoid any "lost package" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Refund Policy:

If the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a short period.
